Similar to the previous year, the Great Masurian Lakes District hosted participants of the Solarisposium – a technical workshop conference organized by the Solaris Bus & Coach. Our company has traditionally participated in this annual event. Solaris customers from Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia (including representatives of big public transport companies) came to Mrągowo (last year it was Mikołajki).
Every year, the conference takes place with the participation of numerous partners of the manufacturer from Bolechowo. This year, one of them was Konvekta company with its stand, at which we were present. Together with our German partner, we promoted air conditioning units from the Ultra Light and KL47T family. The Ultra Light series involves air conditioning units for public transport buses dedicated to passengers, with possibility of connecting the evaporator in the Frontbox (which means air-conditioner for the driver). A roof compact air conditioner KL47T was specially designed for Solaris buses, thus its promotion at year’s annual conference was fully justified. The KL47T air conditioners (for passengers and with the Frontbox connection for the driver) have been installed on Solaris nU12 city buses, which, under the contract won by Solaris, went to the capital of Lithuania – Vilnius.
